Los Angeles Surf Forecast – Wednesday – Clean and surfy

The Swell
NW swell (290-300), some WNW-NW leftovers, and some small SW swell (200-220) will continue to hold on Wednesday...but may lose a little steam by the afternoon.

Waves
Look for mostly knee-waist high surf at the average exposed spots...mostly the beach breaks through North County but with smaller, less consistent waves as you get closer to Santa Monica. The better NW facing breaks in the South Bay will be in the waist-chest high range while the standout NW spots see some chest-shoulder high sets.

Winds
N-NE winds around 10-15 knots for the morning with some gusts hitting in the 20-25 knot range in the wind prone areas, namely from County Line down through Pt Dume. NW winds around 10-12 knots develop for the afternoon and then back down slowly through the afternoon.
